Merrr... didn't used to have to wash the Truffenyi Altar to make an offering.. Where can I find an easy source of holy water, or do I just have to start carrying around my own container of holy water?

"Non-Clerics can now wash altars, provided they have holy water. Consequently, any altars that were previously exempt from dust no longer are."

Holy water is available naturally from some sources:
the Huntress’ shrine near Langenfirth
the Fountain of One in the Temple of Light in Shard
a font in Kweld Gelvdael
in the Riverhaven temple in town. Go into the temple, once east, and there is holy water in the pool
in the temple in the Riverhaven swamps, West of the central altar by the chest of stuff you barter, holy water can be found in the basin
in the fortress in Maelshyve's Fortress, holy water can be found in the altar in the hierophants hunting area.

So no accessible holy water except through a blessing (for free accounts not buying passes)? Which container can hold the most water in it? Why are the priests of the temple in Ccrossing so lazy? XD

Just buy a vial of bottle from durante's shop in the crossing. They're rather cheap and will hold a few volumes of water.

The water you can get from Damaris' shrine in Kaerna is indeed holy. You might also check the vats in the Cleric's guild.

In Prime the vats in the cleric guild have been broken for years as far iirc. Not sure if that's intentional or unintentional.
