Hi all,

I am back in game after several years of being away.

There is an old item of mine that I left on a friends character when I left. Hi s character was holding it for me because this was back in the day when you had to swap around armor to learn multiple types, so his empath would hold the armor while I hunted, I'd get healed, then swap armor. It is extremely special to my character and I would like to try to get it back. It's been many years and I know it's a longshot, but I will try.

The item was left on a friends empath I used to play. My friend stopped playing the game back in 2005-6ish and he gave both his primary and 2ndary account away. The name of the empath was Osmosiss. Osmo is still active and I spoke with him in game. When he took over the account, the armor was not with him. My friend's primary character and account was Zeldant. He too has changed hands several time.

The item:
some midnight black crusader's armor accented with a platinum etching of the Fruvous family crest on the breastplate

>look plate
Meticulously handcrafted and dyed midnight black, the Fruvous family crest is etched in platinum over the breastplate. The crest depicts a soulstone-hilted longsword standing beside a solid soulstone shield surrounded by raised images of the thirteen immortals, representing dedication to the All-god. The armor itself appears to be crafted for a noble yet strong enough for the fiercest warrior. Etched under the crest is "Forged by the hands of Lennon Fruvous."

If anyone has any info about the item, don't post here as I don't check the boards regularly. Please contact me on AIM via: justasquire

Lennon,

You might want to just re-make the armor; with modern crafting mechanics it's going to be an indescribably amount better than the old stuff (unless it was literally broken), and you can pick up an alteration scroll for a few months of LTBs (especially if you jump to the plat tier for 50$ and double LTBs instead of premium for 40$).

It's not the same, but it might be your only real alternative. Plus you could simply RP it out as having to remake the armor since you took a long break from adventuring, or whatever.
