my barb ended up auto departing due to fact she was still bleeding when raised the first time.

the problem with this is - it took 3 favors as if it were a "depart all". why does it do this instead of doing just a depart and leave a grave like it used to? sorta sucks when you were hunting something that has no coins to have a 3-favor usage when you at most needed to burn 2. <was trying to get her healed before, but wasn't quite fast enough>

Or, you know, the cleric could pay more attention next time and not raise so fast.

the auto depart can be avoided if the cleric is quick enough and casts vigil on you also.

had some herbs fed to me while dead, thought they would do the trick and stop the bleeding. the problem is still that it did a full <3 favor> and not a 1 favor depart that leaves a grave.

And if it didn't do the highest possible depart, we'd get complaints from players who auto departed (say after disconnecting or whatnot) and lost everything, despite having the favors to burn.

Somehow I think we're better off having people occasionally burn a few extra favors as opposed to lose everything.

THIS. Favors are easy to get. Items that haven't been sold in 10 years, not so much.

I agree 100%. I'd rather lose favors than stuff I've spent a long time collecting.
