I've quite a few TDPs to spend and I'm trying to figure out what stats would be best to train to try to make up for the loss in accuracy in target magic and DO and less effectiveness of MB (Moon mage).
current stats:
Strength : 30 Reflex : 40
Agility : 36 Charisma : 36
Discipline : 48 Wisdom : 40
Intelligence : 36 Stamina : 36

Or perhaps I should wait and see what other changes will be.

I'd suggest waiting until the end of the month before making too many decisions of this sort. We have at least one more round of changes coming in the near future that should impact contested spells a bit.

Hopefully the dings to magic are over....for a good while, and I'll pose my question again:

I've quite a few TDPs to spend and I'm trying to figure out what stats would be best to train to try to make up for the loss in accuracy in target magic and DO and less effectiveness of MB and CRS (Moon mage).
current stats:
Strength : 30 Reflex : 40
Agility : 36 Charisma : 36
Discipline : 48 Wisdom : 40
Intelligence : 36 Stamina : 36

Agility, Charisma, and Intelligence. You have good Discipline.

Pump up Intelligence first, it will help you earn more TDPs from skills (and presumably circles). 50 is a good number to start.

MB being WvW, charisma and Disc are the biggest. So pump those even more if you want to do good.

Agility, reflex, discipline, and charisma a little if you want to maximize TM spells.

CRS, I don't know enough about; is it pure TM, hybrid, Save vs. Agility, Sv reflexs, WvW, SvStamina, etc? Stat recomendations will vary depending on the contest.

As a whole, I would recommend simply balancing your stats. The GM's have always said balance was the best way to go; hounding after the 'best of the moment' stuff will always put you in a horrible position when it is fixed. Whereas balanced stats will put you in a pretty good place regardless.

Note: Mentals are still recommended to train, since better minds = faster skill gain = better at everything and faster level = more tdp gain = repeat.
