I just got back from taking over a year off, with this new exp system do 34/34 pulses still pulse out more exp than at 1/34?
It seems to.
But if you can get your mind state to 4/34 for instance and keep it there, it will pulse as well as 34/34, though the latter might pulse longer after you stop the experience-gaining activity.

To clarify... all pulses are the same regardless of mind state (For a single skill set and rank) except when your mind state is too low to make up a full pulse and goes to clear after the pulse. This usually only happens if you're 1/34 or sometimes 2/34.

The wording seemed to indicate that pulsing from 34/34 was less than pulsing from 33/34 and on down to 4/34. I don't know if that is the case or not, I have been too lazy to check, and maybe don't even want to know if it does, really. Anyway, I will probably check after posting this now if someone does not refute it right away.

That's the way the old experience system worked. 34 to 33 is the same as 5 to 4. The only time you might not get full experience is if you are at 1 and pulse since you might not have enough "bits" to get a full pulse.

Uh, no. Once again... if you pulse to clear, you probably didn't pulse at the max rate. If you have any exp in your pool immediately after a pulse, you got a full pulse. Even if you only have 2/34 in the pool.
