Please put the "justice" verb into "test" before releasing magic 3.0 testing so we can see where to "safely" test necromantic, sorcerous spells, etc. Thanks!
<it doesn't always follow that theres no "justice" if its out of town or through a gate - even in critter areas.. there are significant places outside of cities that are still justice - outside east gate in shard, NE gate in Xing, Kaerna villiage, elbains, etc - additionally in dobeks, certain rooms in rats, swains on ratha, crabs in riverhaven -- and places with no justice that are inside city walls as well <i.e. thief type locations>
To every thing there is a season... but its Always time for Dwarven Ale

It's test. Why could it even remotely possibly matter unless you wanted to data gather for prime, which DOES have the justice verb, rendering the entire thing useless. On multiple levels.
Let's save us all some time: I'm a troll who rarely has anything helpful. There.

>>maybe because its sort of hard to test spells from a jail cell or if you're hauled off by the hounds?
While it can't hurt to have the verb working in Test, unless you're testing magic in an area you're completely unfamiliar with, you should probably have a rather solid grip on where you can and can't cast spells.
If you're in a town, the answer is most likely "no, don't cast blatant necro spells"
If you're in a hunting area, the answer is most likely "yes, cast blatant necro spells"
And since this is Test, it's not like getting Hounded or anything actually matters.
