I realize this may be asking for a lot, but I'd like to see the duration increased on ritual spells. Don't get me wrong, I love all the longer durations. However I'd rather see the ritual spells be more of a set it and forget it kind of spell.
I'll even be more specific, I was toying around with Mantle of Fire over lunch, which the descriptions on the spell are awesome, but I feel like since it takes 20 RT and a component on top of a large chunk of concentration it's obviously something that will break your grove while hunting. While 30 minutes is a nice amount of time, I'd honestly rather see it up towards an hour. I think towards 30 minutes is great for everything else, wonderful even. However I really don't look forward to having to having that kind of break every 20 or so minutes to make sure my MoF doesn't wear off.
MoF example aside, I'm sure most guilds will fall into this too. I for one vouch for convenience in favor of the player over any kind of mechanic. I think longer durations definitely falls into this and I honestly can't think of any reason why a spell you can't stack with any other of it's kind can't last longer than 30 minutes.
On a side note: I'm not sure how I feel about MoF turning me orange. I think it physically reflecting on the user is really awesome, but what was wrong with a burning aura of fire? Heck, even seeing heat coming off my character's skin or my eyes turning fiery would be sweet. Maybe that's just me though!

They should be going over an hour. Is that a max cast?

Definitely not! ... It was a ritual cast of MoF at base 150 mana, and then another cast at 200 mana. The duration was exactly the same so I assumed it wouldn't change with higher casts (because I'm still in the mindset that 50 mana is a big difference!), just increase the bonus. Where do ritual spells cap out anyway? I'm still very unsure of what to expect mana level wise in the 3.0 world.

The duration was exactly the same so I assumed it wouldn't change with higher casts (because I'm still in the mindset that 50 mana is a big difference!), just increase the bonus. Rituals will generally cap out at around 600 mana. 30 minutes for what you're describing sounds normalish; I'd need to see higher casts to see if something's wrong that our personal testing didn't find.

You sense the Mantle of Flame spell upon you, which will last for about fifty-one roisaen.
Using the pouch I couldn't get it higher than 330 mana, but that's a much nicer duration than the thirty I had gotten at first.
