Hone Voice:
A meditation to convert roars from a whole room being effected to just a single critter being effected.
I when I think of this meditation I think more of the roar being converted into a stare. Instead of a primordial scream it's more of a crazed look in your eye or... like Clint when he gives his patented "Make my day!" look complete with obligutory lip curl.
Mechanics wise the loss of room effectiveness would increase the effectiveness against that lone creature. On the off side... I'd make it's range much more powerful at melee then the other ranges. It's hard to stare down a guy from accross the room.

An example of it's use could be:
... Your in normal combat/training...
... an extra/unwanted creature enters we'll call him "Bob"
>advance Bob
You begin to advance on Bob
You get to pole range on Bob
You get to melee range on Bob
>meditate voice
You focus your intimidating presence inward to prowl hungrily behind your eyes.
>roar (whatever roar your gonna do)Bob
You fix Bob with a bloodthursty stare.
Bob wets his pants.
Hack,Slash,Thud!
... Your normal combat/training... resumes.
