Sure it's not 2:30 in PA? Odds are they just make last call at 2:00 to save their butt because people still drinking past 2:30 is bad. It's 2:30 in your neighboring Ohio.

4 am in New York? Man, that's cool. Only problem would be closing the place down during the week. Drinking till 2 during the week isnt too bad, 4 could be rough.

But what I'm saying is why are liscences this way at all? Why does the law say you can't sell alcohol in the middle of the night? Hogwash.

It's definately 2. :( I was at an after party at a bar here, and as soon as 2 hit and everyone was kicked out except the people staying for the after party, all the drinks were free. Not allowed to sell after 2.

Nother stupid PA law. Unless you're a beer distributor you can't sell cases. Most you can sell are twelve packs. Why? Because there is this dumb law that you can't purchase and carry to your car more than twelve beers at a time. So if you want more you have to make 2 trips heh. This Sunday for a memorial day party beer distributors were closed......me and 2 friends made 6 trips.

Yeah its 2. I bartend on the weekends. And we call last call about 1:45. Up in Saratoga, we didn't call last call until about 3:58. And pretty much every day too...What can ya say, its a college town, specials every night.

Little known fact too, Saratoga Springs has more bars per capita than any other city in the country. (One of which the American Pie screenplay was written)
