Can we get a pretty easy change to make Dragon like Eagle please?

Exp Mods with Eagle up:
+### Slings
+### Bow
+### Crossbow
+### Light Thrown
+### Heavy Thrown

If when Dragon is up it gives us mods to ALL melee/pole ranged weapons, instead of just the weapon held in the right hand or brawling if empty, then we could have that bonus applied to our offhand weapon usage. We get the Offhand lob/throw/hurl from Eagle, why not the whirlwind and offhand attacks from Dragon? This should be a pretty easy thing to change. Model Dragon Form after Eagle Form.
