I've been training up my edges to eventually work on forging some, but also have been messing around with my short bow a bit and really enjoy training ranged for a change. Is it possible for barbarians to make capped bows? Or should we just leave all that to the rangers? And if it is possible, what do I need to train to make capped short bows? Short and Long bow ranks?
Fletched arrows = combination of short bow, long bow, and composite bow.
Fletched bow, now, = ranks in that bow type only...short bow ranks to make better short bows.
Composite bows cannot be fletched
Rangers get a carving bonus, but when dealing with bows it's not significant.
This all assumes you have enough mech to carve the type of wood being used to create the bow or arrow.
