Just so no-one thinks they're losing their mind...

To save folks from needless searching, the Gypsy title is currently MIA, and I'm not entirely sure why. I'll pin down the Title System folks as soon as I can (which will probably have to be after the Con, unfortunately) and figure out what happened to it. I'll let ya know as soon as I can.

My guess would be that it's one of those titles that Solomon & Co. is having difficulty settling on reqs for which would make it a phase 2 or 3 title.
