Another one of those titles that will have people asking, "Huh?"

Ultimately suitable to the bardic realm, for those within the profession who practice the art.

What is it? The dictionary likes to define it as a person who speaks stories and anecdotes with skill and wit.

A good example would be Penn from Penn & Teller.

As far as requirements, I wouldn't know where to begin.

Storytelling would probably involve charisma, possibly some wisdom, and scholarship and maybe even a little teaching.

Perhaps an age requirement could be imposed as well, if doable. Life experience has to come from somewhere, and guild membership or ranking isn't a great indicator of that.
