I've beaten the shawm back into his inventory, so this should be fixed now.

I think I know what is causing this and have made steps to correct the dirty instrument issue in prime (and it appears to have worked).

However, I'm not sure if it will later pop up again, so I'll keep an eye on it, and if you guys would too and let me know. If it ends up permanently fixing it, I'll clean up plat and tf as well.
