Ok...
I don't know if anyone has noticed but Rage of the Clans aparently doesn't teach vocals. No sir.
Not at +200 ranks in vocals.
Yet for some reason...
Lilt teaches way past 200.
Atleast it has for me...
Why doesn't rage teach as well considering its somewhat harder than the lilt? And why does the lilt teach so well at higher ranks?

Anyone want to field a reply to this?

I was always under the impression that Rage didn't do any teaching at all unless you were in combat. At least that's how it used to be. I think it still is. Sitting in the guild hall singing Rage will get you squat, but singing it while hunting will get you something. I know it keeps me thoughtful while I'm actively using it.

What, do you fancy yourself some sort of singing Necromancer? A crazy, singing and dancing Necromancer? No?

Rage teaches me great at 400+. Maybe you're on a post wall rank and it just doesn't seem to be going anywhere.

I've seen that when I sing and harness mana, my vocal learning greatly increases no matter what enchante I'm singing.

Learning from enchantes is based on the overall difficulty of the enchante. Rage is one of the easiest enchantes, so as you gain more skill you are going to need to put more power into it (increase the difficulty) to learn effectively. There will eventually come a point where you hit the mana cap for Rage and can't go any higher, but this is true with any enchante or spell in the game, and really isn't anything new.

My complaint was that it wasn't teaching at the same power I was trying with rage as I was with lilt. And I believe lilt was easier than rage.

All enchantes use the same core system for experience awards. Rage uses exactly the same calcs as Lilt or any other enchante. The only thing that varies is the difficulty, and if the learning rates are different, it's because one is more difficult for you at the power level you are using than the other.
