Jomay is not Dzree.

D'zree was a S'Kra Mur.

Jomay is an elf. Even the most talented shifters cannot change their race.

And not all dragon Priests were opposed to the Bards. Only the followers of Dzree, not Shkials followers. Hence Muspar'I--a S'Kra Mur city which has both a Temple of the Dragon, and many,many shops and other landmarks of Bardic Interest.

Yes Jomay is an elf, but I can see how the confusion could be made. She was born a freak. More like half S'kra/half elf, was not expected to even live through childhood and was tormented by her own father. Talk about issues...
