Heyo!
I am pleased to announce that the Resonance enchante is now on Premium preview in Prime and Platinum! Assuming nothing goes wrong, we'll open it to general preview to everyone else in a few days. While the enchante is in preview, you will not need to speak to a guildleader to learn it.
From the play.net site:
Resonance
This enchante is a curious one. It creates a powerful, sympathetic resonance in any melee weapon you hold, driving in a rhythm similar to your own heartbeat, allowing you greater skill and power with the weapon's use. However, you should only use this enchante when holding a weapon that you bear great proficiency in, or the weapon may instead twist its way from your hands each time you attempt to pick it up. Like many enchantes, the origins of Resonance are long lost, though it is believed that the tales of 'singing swords' are in fact the results of this enchante. Requirements: Naming of Tears, Level 20.
Notes:
(1) The song will work on whatever weapon it finds in your right hand, so be sure to have the weapon you want to resonate there when you start the song. Once the song is started, you can swap it to either hand and it will work fine.
(2) Like most of our enchantes, this one becomes more effective as you grow in skill and add more power. The song has three different effects. I'll leave it to you guys to figure these out. Two are suggested in the description above. The third should come as a surprise. Whee!
(3) It is important to note it only works on melee weapons, and only those with which you sufficient skill. As a general rule, you'll need to have close to the minimum requirements for your secondary weapon for it to work.
(4) It will work with thrown weapons as well, although the magic will only benefit the melee aspects. However, deliberately throwing away a resonating weapon may hurt its feelings. Don't say I didn't warn you!
(5) Swappable weapons like bastard swords will also work, although you may find that only position the weapon was in when you started the song will receive all the benefits.
(6) A few shape-changing weapons, particularly those from Quests and Auctions, may break the resonance if they change forms. This is an unfortunate limitation of the spell, so if you have one of these weapons and want to use Resonance, don't change forms unless you are willing to restart the song.

By the way...something our dear CoderBard forgot to mention...
When Resonance comes off general preview (not just premie preview, but the preview-fun-for-all), ALL OTHER ENCHANTES currently on preview will as well.
So while you're playing with Resonance, you'll likely want to start making some decisions about your next couple of enchante slots, as you won't be able to use them without choosing to learn them (Wolves, Resolve, and Pride).
Thanks for your support of our little team, and have fun experimenting with Resonance!
