Heyo!

As of now, I have released a new instrument-related command to Prime and Platinum, and unless something goes horribly wrong TF should see it in the next day or two.

ASSESS <instrument>

This command will give a brief summary of the quality and construction of an instrument using the Appraisal skill. Bards will get a bonus to their accuracy based on Music Theory, but any Guild may assess their instruments. Right now this command is of limited use, but I hope to expand it a bit when instrument making comes around.
