The Voice Type changes are now live. While a lot of the updates were behind the scene updates what you should see:

1) Everyone now has a voice type. This should automatically update, but it is possible (in fact likely) your natural voice type may change.

2) Some of the racial ranges will have shifted slightly.

3) If you are a Bard you may change your effective range through use of "Practice Voice". This is skill based.
