So, do any of the bluffs besides dead actually do anything? Whenever I try bluff dodge or distract in combat, I get messaging indicated that I've failed, and I can't seem to get the rest to do anything at all. Is there some kind of charisma prereq?
I think distract just provides a one time guaranteed hide with possibly a stealth-boosted perception check to notice you hiding. I suppose it could be useful if you are having a hard time hiding on something and need to get to hidden.
Dodge used to provide a small short term evasion buff or possibly reflex buff or defence factor buff. Buffs mostly don't stack anymore so you probably already have whichever buff it provides up anyway.

I did get bluff dodge to do something earlier, it looks like it may be a debuff to enemy OF now. Doesn't stack with command dodge though, but will supersede parry.
R> bluff dodge
You snake to and fro, adding a dancer's grace and flair to your movements. Hoping that the distraction works, you shift into a position where you expect you can best avoid any attacks.

Ah yes, that's right. It was only vs. the targets you were engaged with. The messaging does seem to imply that its an OF debuff for sure.
