It's my understanding that in 3.0, DFA doesn't always equal ++ accuracy.
IIRC, against an opponent with evasion higher than shield ranks, a standard TM spell will be more accurate than a DFA spell, and against an opponent with shield equal to or greater than evasion ranks, a DFA TM spell will be more accurate than a regular TM spell.
Is this correct?
