>>I've fixed a bug in Breath of Storms which was accidentally flagging it as DFA.

Huh. Was this situational, or was it just always bonusing Evasion and cutting out Shield for its targets?

It was always DFA.

Any chance of reverting this? I currently have no Bard character active, but that will change in about five seconds if I can imagine my voice being a "death from above" attack. Voice of God striking you down for the win.

It's my understanding that in 3.0, DFA doesn't always equal ++ accuracy.

IIRC, against an opponent with evasion higher than shield ranks, a standard TM spell will be more accurate than a DFA spell, and against an opponent with shield equal to or greater than evasion ranks, a DFA TM spell will be more accurate than a regular TM spell.

Is this correct?
