I think so, yes. Basically the same as now, but not cyclic and not auto-point (unless that's one of the things Z forgot because it wasn't in the description)

Currently Eye provides a smallish Perception skill boost for the duration, and pulses every 20 seconds or so with an auto-search/point with the enhanced skill check.

The way the new version is worded sounds like the Perception skill boost is going away? I think this is the same as the second question Iliena is asking...
