What does that mean? It's fairly obvious you are going to roll in changes to party mechanics:

1)SHAKEing your drink will now splash those around you.

2)TAPing items on other people will now be allowed. TAPing someone's drink to make it overflow, however, will be grounds for consent.

2)In compliance with the new Drunkenness 1.0 system, the number of drinks you've had will increase the Features of those you LOOK at to make them more beautiful. Drink too much, heck, even Kssarh would be someone to jump in bed with (not doubt you'll regret that the morning after--IF you have a morning-after).

3)BLUFF BEER will allow you to pretend to drink and get drunk. For those times when you've got an agenda to accomplish and don't want a real drunken stupor getting in the way (or, shamefully, you realize you hit your limit 3 hours ago).

4)As part of Drunkenness 1.0, introducing the Highly Intoxicated Cross Country Unconscious Portal (HICCUP) system. In drinking a certain amount of booze within a certain amount of time you will automatically tap into this utility, which allows you to bounce from one tavern to the next with no memory of the journey between.

5)Brewing. No, not that. You didn't think we'd let a bunch of drunks near any of the delicate equipment did you?! No, this will be a different type of brewing system, one where you drink enough to smell like a distillery (think along the lines of the paladin manure).
