how do I restart the communes? on 08/15/2015 04:09 PM CDT

lost several communes from being away. now i need to relearn them apparently but I can't figure out how to restart the commune lines...... any help guys?

You have to quest for them again. So go to Esuin and ask about quest (I think that's the command, maybe commune?)

As of a few months ago you cant start with tamsine either you need to start with eluned and them do tamsine. Unless they fixed it since then.
