Just learned MF but cant use the reticule to power it. Figure its due to my low arcana (142). Anyone know how many ranks in Arcana I will need to use the reticule?

80 arcana - Able to invoke Ritual foci with about 50% success.
250 arcana - Able to reliably use Ritual foci

If you have any sorcery skill you could try invoking an Artificer's Eye scroll and casting that for a tiny boost to your arcana skill (or ask any Moon Mages you know if they have the spell and could cast it on you). The latter is not likely as Artificer's Eye isn't a commonly chosen spell.
