Finally! The arcana requirement to use the reticule is 200. Would be nice if this info made it into elanthipediea. The info on elanthipedia is outdated. Still can't use greater foci with 200, likely need 250.
From the Arcana skill page ( https://elanthipedia.play.net/Arcana_skill#Skill_Feats ), it currently reads:
* At 80 ranks you can invoke ritual foci about 50%
* At 250 ranks you can reliably invoke ritual foci
You are saying that now it is impossible to invoke the reticule at all until 200 ranks in Arcana? I'm also wondering if the Improvised Rituals feat plays into making a foci invokeable before 200 ranks.
