This was in the Main Room of the Crossing Empath's Guild sometime when Salvur was out and about in an invasion lately:

The presence of yet more people.
Malicious presences screeching in the far dark corners of your mind cause you to quickly open your eyes!
You sense (OUT, E) from your current position:
The presence of even more people.

Note the blank space to the NE.
