I would definitely be one of those badly affected by the Concentration changes. If I combat heal (yes using "quick") my hunting partner of a lot of minor scuffs in Bristlebacks my concentration goes from 163 to about 20 and I cannot get off the 11 mana innocense required to turn the Bristles toward my partner even at full prep time. I won't get killed if a Bristleback sits on me while my Concentration laboriously builds up again, but she gets impatient because the creatures are supposed to be all hers :)
The other thing I have noticed is it takes me way longer to build up concentration from being dead than it used to. This is a problem when I am hunting alone and die, depart and go back into danger to retrieve my grave items. It takes forever before I can cast the 5 mana area cast innocence required to keep the critters off me, even when my vit and fatigue are fully restored.
I'm 54th circle with 280 empathy, 33 stamina and 30 discipline.

I can only assume that you're using the Crutch and all those healing lines get posted within seconds of each other. Heal slower is all I can say(critical areas, wait a couple seconds, then limbs). If she just has scuffs, she isn't going to die if it takes you 5 seconds longer to heal her. Lyathe also has 163 concentration and doesn't have a problem(I've healed a 5 people in a row full of scuffs and I've gone down to around 125 at most)...however I use my own little scripts so everything starts slower.

The crutch has a feature that lets you set the time delay between commands being issued, so increase that a bit.

I doubt that it will. I think problem is the rate that the commands go over ie how quickly you get hit for concentration is faster than the concentration regenerates. If you send commands slower there will be time to regen in between and you won't lose your ability to cast. I was in a hunting party of about 7 people, I did fine until one person kept getting light scuffs and I healed them very fast over and over. For reference I have all limb, eye, and nerve parts on the quick and all critical areas as normal speed.

Malchata winds can toss a hunter and give them head to toe insignificant wounds. I can't see why taking all those insignificant wounds from 2 hunters should tank one's concentration down to 4 so the empath has to wait to recover that concentration before being able to heal themselves. (from 162 to 4 in yes..seconds)
Surely this wasn't intended by the concentration changes. If my empaths starts healing up after taking all those scratches all she does is backfire. When you've multiple patients to see to or have to run off to help a deader one doesn't want to have to wait to restore their concentration. Specially in an area there's a lack of empaths.
If a patient is at death's door and you want to help but lack the concentration to heal yourself from taking that wound.. that just leaves the patient dead or the death of the empath if they press on and take the wound knowing they will most likely backfire their healing spell if concentration has not restored.

Everyone, I'm only going to say this one more time.
The concentration hits from Healing are being looked at. We know it's increasingly hard to heal right now. Be patient with us while we work through the changes. We were hoping to have the new code in place prior to the concentration rollout, but the accidental deployment of the concentration changes earlier than expected have caused some issues.

Manipulation adjustments will be handled when the system is redone, so we're not currently looking at tweaking that individually. It'll be easier to handle the changes in a lump. That's why the avenger is out, to provide an alternate until that can be done.
