Seeing that there is at least one title that relies on the Shift ability... why not one that works of manipulate?
Manipulator - manipulate and 100 in empathy
Animal Charmer - manipulate and 50 in animal lore
Beast Tamer - maniupate, 300 in empathy, 100 in animal lore

Definitely wrong. AL was recently opened up to everyone and AL for rangers was bumped up one skillset level in terms of learning rate. You can only learn it from blood critters or classes at the moment, though, as all the other methods to learn it are still ranger-only.

Ship's Apothecary (If possible <Name of Ship> Apothecary)

While it makes Kythryn purr, I think stuff like Animal Charmer and so forth should be available to Rangers, and, if you think it's warranted, Empaths as well. Not allowing Rangers to have Animal Lore titles like that would be bordering on silly ;)

Those are great title ideas!
Thing is, animal lore is a fluff skill and has nothing to do with our ability to manipulate.
Manipulation titles should be based purely on empathy skill, discipline/circle (i.e. concentration), and charisma.
Plus, the title shouldn't likely come at same time as the ability...some time with the ability perhaps to establish a reputation for it (thus, a title).
I'd list them more like this (although I don't do the numbers thing so the numbers here are just for illustration and to show which titles I think denote which skill level):
Befriender - 150 empathy, 30 disc, 25 charisma
Charmer - 200 empathy, 35 disc, 30 charisma
Animal Tamer -- 300 empathy, 40 disc, 35 charisma
Manipulator -- 400 empathy, 45 disc, 40 charisma
Will Shaper -- 500 empathy, 50 disc, 45 charisma
I'd also like to see this anti-skill title:
Critter Bait -- Less than 40 in evasion, MO, parry, shield, armor, etc

Oooo that makes me think . . . if TF can have different titles, is it possible for prime to have easier requirements for a few of our top titles? While it is easier to circle these days, some of those title reqs are still more suited to TF than prime, imho. I'm not asking for myself, as I don't wear empath titles -- although I would consider it if Manipulator was available :) -- I'd just like to see them around the game a bit more.

The reqs are created with prime in mind. Furthermore, I doubt they'd lower the req in prime and not in TF, as they try to keep things as similar as possible. I agree that some of the reqs are insanely high, but then, so are some characters in prime.
You can have custom titles in prime as well if you're premium.
