The first meeting of the Empath Union will be happening this upcoming Sunday, July 19th at 7PM EST. The meeting will be taking place aboard the Jolly Roger ship, which will be moored to the Crossing Docks (where the Skirr to Ratha is moored).
The main topics of discussion will be the reasons for unionizing, deciding on a name, how people can join, possible benefits to joining, the structure of the group, and so on.
This first meeting is geared toward Empaths who want to join the Union, or think they might want to join and want to ask some questions.

One more note:
Most of the people who are currently negotiating their fee up front calculate it using a genie script or just by eyeballing the wound list.
We now seem to have a working web tool to calculate the fee, so please don't hesitate to swing by the meeting if that was the main thing preventing you from considering it. (I know a few people were waiting on something like this.)
