First Aid and your five highest other ones, as long as they're on that list. Technically the req is First Aid and your six highest survivals (from that list), but the FA req is always higher than the requirement for the top survival skill so unless you freakishly overtrain a lot of survivals, it will always be one of the six. Also you need to have 10 ranks of Evasion by 10th circle, and 30 ranks of Foraging by 30th circle.
