Open oozing sores are a sign of disease and if you didn't find an Empath already, you died ;)

Disease/infection sets in on open bleeders pretty much randomly, so whenever you are bleeding, you run a risk of catching an infection.

open oozing sores is fleshrot, that's pretty bad, some mushrooms give them to you, some critters, and it's contagious so if someone else had it and they were around you, you might of caught it

i'd say get to an empath immediatly, cause it turns deadly pretty fast
