No idea on days or years other than years is way way over 50 charisma and 400+ lore average. I have heard 400 appraisal was a req for year, but since the new system mechanics was released a bunch of empaths that had year before lost it.

So this data may be useless at this point but here's two marks from the old system for shifting months.

I got month at:
296 Scholarship
328 Mech
255 Appraisal
465 Empathy
48 Charisma

Another empath got it at:
256 Scholarship
336 Mech
227 Appraisal
507 Empathy
40 Charisma

I double-checked on the age requirements and I had raised them way too high.

When I lower it down (which will be soon, not Soon), it will be higher than it was under the old system but only by about 10%.
