So...I don't have a lot of money for movies this week, and there are some really good ones coming out...
I saw Lord of War with my wife the other night, that movie was awesome. Kinda depressing ending, but what would you expect? :grin:
I'm going to go see Corpse Bride. Ohhh yea. I love Tim Burton's films. Also, 40 Year Old Virgin and Wedding Crashers were HILARIOUS...if you haven't seen them yet, GO!
Anyone got any other suggestions? I want to see Serenity, and if I can find a theatre with Proof showing, I might want to go see that. Gwyneteh Paltrow is a good actress :-)

Yup Yup, me too, I'm going to be seeing that probably sometime this weekend, if I can find a movie theater and my bills don't overkill me.

Hey, we should go with each other...maybe Fri night? That's tomorrow, if you're not working...I get to wear a different leash on Friday nights that allows me to go further from my wife than normal...it's cos she's working :grin:

Robots on DVD comes out Tuesday. I don't see many movies these days in the theatre. The only way I'll go and see a movie in the theatre these days is if the preview really blew me away, or if I heard outstanding reviews about it that made me want to see the movie. Otherwise I just grab em when they come out on DVD. Is cheaper, and gives me a reason to use my DVD Freedom pass from Blockbuster.
That said Corpse Bride looks pretty good, so I might make an exception there.

Once again Tim Burton amazes me with his excellent directing skills. Corpse Bride was great! Excellent character development and plot layout. Everything came to closure at the end, and it was a very cute movie. I highly recommend anyone who has not seen it to do so.
I'm gonna go rent Nightmare before Christmas too...now that I've seen this movie, I want to see that one too.

The Nightmare before Christmas is probably my all time favorite movie..ever.
