I liked TF too so I understand where you are coming from sweetie. TF by far in my opinion is the most underated side of DragonRealms. If alot of people knew more about TF they would probably go over there.

I heard though when I was there for a while they were thinking about doing a one time only thing where characters could be transfered there. If that happened, you'd see my War mage head there post haste.

heh...I don't want to start this here, but yeah..things have definitely changed from that way of life. I've posted that numerous times in the discussion that's going on in the gen discussion staff folder. We don't kill off newbs...if you mouth off, on the other hand...that's a whole different thing.

I'm feeling better now that Cecco stepped in and kindly asked everyone to stop derailing the thread with so much poop (paraphrased, of course...heh). It was very frustrating to see all of us trying to post some positives and then everyone else not listening to what we were saying and just throwing poop at it...heh

There are plenty of things I've said in that forum that would show you some great advantages of what TF has to offer you.

I was in TF when it first started and in it again a little while later and things HAVE changed alot.

When TF first started it was everyone killing everyone else because it was AWSOME that we were allowed to do that. As time went down now, there are no longer such things that much in TF, its a whole different ball game but one that is surely for those who enjoy some fun.

Everyone in TF gets as many alterations as they want Via an ateration scroll table, its usually either off the way or funny things that you could only WISH you could make in Prime. They also get some funny custom titles, and the second time I went there, when I came in and started talking to people there, they are some of the nicest people around. Sure the talk about drinking and other stuff is rampid, and there are some more adult topics..but think of TF as DR Mature. Its geared towards a more Mature audience and before you even join you are warned that there is no GM babysitting. Respect is given to everyone, and I even got a bit of a welcome wagon when I joined.

Don't get me wrong..I'll always like Prime, but TF is definately my second choice..I didn't even like Platinum as much as I liked TF.

Well, you convinced me. I'm giving it a try.

I'm tickled pink to see all the newbs...I can't keep up with everyone.

What's even greater is that the ones that are enjoying their stay are telling others about it in the same thread that everyone was bashing on TF :cackle: I don't expect everyone to stay, because many have friends in Prime as well as things they want to do, but if we can make a better impression on them, then the word-of-mouth will spread and we'll get even more players.

Hmmm..Paladin...that almost scares me considering I spend alot of time in there with Zeroe..hmm..

Oh and I LOVE MO, when I went on my DR break last year thats where I ended up. A small knit crowd but so much fun to play around with, I took up cookie making to have some fun. I even sometimes go back to GS every now and then, just to see whats going on.
