I was going to post this in the complaints folder...but you know what? I just wanted to use it as an opportunity to thank you for giving us other ways of learning empathy because I'm sure as heck not healing people with this kind of attitude:

At the crate healing up myself so I could practice my juggling, and after several people asking me for a heal and my saying no - I announced I wasn't going to heal anyone. This is what I get:

Dagnart asks, "what kind of empath doesn't heal?"
Kalliste glares with disgust at you.
Dagnart asks, "I think someone has issues?"
Ramius says, "because first off you need to heal us as much as we need the healing"
You say, "I think it's cute how people think I'm obligated to heal."
You say, "I don't need to heal anyone to circle."
>Ariendra asks, "Is this where I come to get healed?"
Andolf says, "empaths are selfish around here.. wont heal you"
Ramius nods at Andolf, obviously agreeing with his views.

So again THANK YOU for perceiving health, manipulate, and all the wonderful changes !

Don't you people know what all empaths must heal everyone? All Traders MUST sell pouches. All moonies MUST locate for us, etc...

I recommend thumping them, because empuff thumps are neat. Haven is nothing more to me then someplace to stash ferry fare on my way to Lang/Theren. (Or more specifically El Bain's Rest Stop.)
