When casting this spell I'm noticing that the buff to reflex is visible when I look at my stats but not on anyone in my group. (note = stat in green with a + sign) So my question is, does this spell pulse to group and just not show up or is it broken?

Well the discern states that it can be cast on area and group and elanthipedia says it pulses to group. Not sure what to think about it then.
For reference the discern:
Aesandry Darlaeth forces your muscles and nerves to react much more swiftly than they normally would. As long as you maintain this spell, your reaction time will markedly decrease, improving your reflexes and making it easier to maintain your balance in combat. Such a quickness also means that your movement will not be obstructed by anything for long.
This is a non-battle spell that can be cast on an area or group. Non-battle spells have significantly longer preparation times than battle spells. This is a cyclic spell. To cast this kind of spell, prepare it at the amount of mana you wish to cast it at, and then cast it. This spell will continually pulse as long as you have harnessed enough mana to fuel the mana requirements. Cambrinth also works as a source of fuel for cyclic spells, as does your raw attunement if you have the Raw Channeling feat. It affects yourself. It requires a minimum of five mana streams, and can expand to a maximum of forty mana streams woven into it. To begin to be able to cast this spell, you will need to reach the rank of a 50th degree adept. By the time you have mastered this spell, you will be ranked as a guru in your abilities as a caster. It requires the Augmentation and Utility skills to cast effectively. Before you can learn this spell, you must know Aggressive Stance, and be circle 20. It will also cost three spell slots.
and Elanthipedia:
Reflex boost. Pulsing recovery of balance, immobilized status, and webbed status.
Both effects pulse to your group, members losing the Reflex boost on the next pulse if they leave.

Anyone else struck by how with a few word changes, this could easily describe a Necromancer spell?

Personally I find that to be true for almost all empath spells Caraamon.
But seriously, can anyone chime in as to whether the group pulse aspect has ever worked? Ive cast area, cast group, and just cast. Cast area ofcourse failed because I didnt have the techinique while the other 2 cast just fine. Assuming maybe it NEEDS cast area I went and picked up every group related feat. (overkill I know) And now cast area works as well but I still cant see any effect on group members.

>>It is not intended to be group cast or cast on others as far as I know.
That weird, because when I tested it after 3.0 with several people and it did work on others. They got a buff on reflex under STATs, and it would occasionally pulse and fix balance.
Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.

Key word there: As far as I know (And I don't have code access at the moment to confirm).
There was a disconnect in some of our feat development where feats were written to interact with group casting, but many spells aren't actually written to account for it. It's something we plan to improve on in the future but it's going to be a fair bit of work and we already have a lot of projects spinning in the magi world and elsewhere.
