I'm interested how other members group their spell training/buffing. I tend to start with what is essential for trauma healing and that I can successfully cast three spells before I'm out in a pulsating+ environment.
I have four groups.
1:
BS
GOL
Tranquility
This is my go to trauma group.
2:
Vigor
Mef
Refresh
This is a secondary support group.
3: Caveat: I have adaptive curing so this set is training
FP
CD
BS
4: This is a catchall for training
IC
Awaken
IC
BS
I usually run these one after the other after 100% mana and train in between but I will almost never heal withouth the first set up.
What is everyone else using for minimum healing and training?

Trauma:
1. I don't BS unless I take some serious wounds.
2. If I expect trauma, I put up a max cast vigor, MEF, and refresh. I also ask for a tree from an older empath nearby.
3. I put up a max cast regen.
4. I put up raise power.
5. Wait for wounds and use hw/hs to heal them. I only use heal if I'm especially lazy, but that may change at a higher level.
Everyday training:
1. Warding: Symbiosis IC
2. Utility: Never a problem. I use GS / regen as the situation demands. .
3. Augmentation: GoL
4. TM: See #2.
5. Debilitation: I try to use sorcery for this, but it's honestly really low.
6. Sorcery: I prefer elemental/lunar survival boosts.

I can't imagine healing without BS up. Prevents vitality loss so I can use FOC as much as possible to heal quickly.
I don't have regen and can't imagine keeping a cyclic up for incremental healing versus a couple FOCs (I admit I have no experience with the benefits of regen). Even a 10 mana GS in a shining room will keep me at 35% while it's cycling.
Did you make a tradeoff for symbiosis to train warding? I don't know much about symbiosis but I think I should learn about it.
Thanks for the reply.

I felt the same way until I tried it. It's fantastic to just let it clean up your minor wounds while you do other things/cast other spells. It's not needed, but it can be nice for QOL.

GS pulses more frequently. It seems like it sucks more mana. Also, get the mana efficiency feats. They'll reduce the cost to maintain cyclics and cast spells.
> Did you make a tradeoff for symbiosis to train warding?
It just makes the spell harder, so it'll teach better for less mana.

For healing, regen up normally, refresh if a lot of wounds, bs if a lot of bleeders.
GS then AD then IC while per health walking.
In combat, MaF for warding, Nissa for for debil, stampede for TM, AD for aug.
A shadowy black death spirit says, "Give us the annoying one, and the rest of you shall live."
* Mudge was just struck down!
The cackling continues. "The Darkness is pleased with your sacrifice."
