I'm trying to find the minimum stealth hinderance for a full LC moonie + worn buckler. I've seen some other people get it down to lightly...but I seem to be stuck at fairly. Not sure if its my armor or guild cutting in there, but it's really kicking my butt right now when I'm trying to hide at level.

I use an LC/Leather mix for my stealth and fighting needs.

Its been a long time since I've used full LC and don't really intend to try.
