If shadowlings are going to essentially steal items, can we get some way to make them drop the item or dismiss other people's shadowlings? Or make them not steal my quadrellos and basilisk head arrows? Please?
You lick the dirt and discover that it tastes like dirt.

>Can't you dazzle a shadowling to get rid of it?
You gesture at a shadowling.
The abundant moonlight lends strength to your spell.
Maybe you shouldn't be casting at a shadowling when you've only just met.
The only way I know of to get rid of shadowlings is to have a bard scream at them. Which is apparently mechanics abuse anyway.

Certain personalities can be coaxed into leaving your room by giving them random junk items.
But that doesn't always work.
Shadowling in general, as a spell and as a creature, needs an overhaul.

<Szrael> Should have just gone for gorbesh again
<Szrael> And released the pirate guild or something
<Szrael> Tote would be an okay pirate

Would be nice if Shadowlings could be killed without magic too.
I wouldn't even mind if it gave the Shadowling's caster consent like Constructs do if the Shadowling is in its caster's room.
