Steps of Vuan, Moongate and Starlight Sphere cyclic tweaks reverted.

SLS is back in prime - I didn't fix the bug that was causing the error but it's been live in plat and TF this entire time and I don't have enough information to find the error...

What this means is the spell is likely to break again in the near future. Should it start acting oddly or a GM contacts you to say it's acting oddly etc please gather as much information as possible about what you were doing with it and post it or provide it to the GM who responses if you can assist/report.

Shift Moonbeam was converted to no longer be a cyclic spell. It will now act as a normal buff spell that allows you to do the whole gesture thing as long as the spell is up.

PS I also fixed a bunch of long standing bugs (mostly typos) earlier today in a number of Moon Mage spells, the prediction system etc.
