A few changes have gone into effect in the OBSERVE command, most aimed at helping newer Moon Mages.

1) The skill contest to successfully observe a celestial object has been rewritten.
1a) The contest now pulls from your Astrology (primarily) and Perception (minorly).
1b) It is a little easier than it was before, assuming parity with the involved skills.

2) The auto-success that the sun and moons grant no longer penalizes how well the observation fills the pool(s) involved. There is still messaging to let the player know whether he succeeded normally or "failed," but it is now purely cosmetic.
