Any chance the Sibo Nijare cantrip could be updated to check for moon strength and knowledge of weaponsmithing techniques and become solely a cosmetic adjustment for MM's with the appropriate techs?

As it is, if you have the weapon techs and you use the cantrip, you are debuffing your moonblade's damage stats.
