I'm a little confused. Why is there purely cosmetic messaging? If you succeed every time, shouldn't it message that way?

Also, while we're on the subject of OBSERVE, I have a request. It would be really nice if, upon the final OBSERVE filling a pool, there were a different message. For example, "You finally complete your prophetic knowledge of Lore."

Right now you don't get a new message unless you observe while already having a full pool.

To be clear, the purely cosmetic message only fires if someone fails the skill contest but is granted success anyway due to the sun/moons exception. In this case, the message exists to give some sense of feedback on what's really happening with the check that lets a Moon Mage visually progress toward real successes, which can then be replicated on constellations.
