Hey all i was just wondering how one could get spells from the stellar spellbook. i heard something a bout a quest. also if anyone knows the requirements for starlight sphere that would help too. thanks
Talk to Kssarh about each stellar spell and he will give you a hint on how to go about learning them. Burn, TKT and 40th level are the requirements on Starlight Sphere. It's better to ask in game about these spells since they are bordering on game secrets which wouldn't be suitable for the message boards. The SLS quest is crazy! Which is not surprising when you learn who to seek out learning it.

I don't want to give away the SLS quest, but I do remember having a couple of problems that don't seem like game secrets.
First, practice with a rune before you go on the quest. I had hardly ever used runes before the quest, and I forgot the mechanics. Second, I got frustrated because I couldn't get something fully charges, but then I realized that it didn't have to be fully charged to work.
