I finally managed to get a small <human-sized> construct rather than a squat <halfling-sized> construct - at 129 TM and 124 Than, respectively, with a 15-mana plus 10 harnessed cast of QE.
I was wondering what size is the next level, and approximately how many ranks of TM and Than does it take?
