So, no hard level given. But we know there is a cap and Armifer thought at the time it was 100.

Possibly true, I think its also possible that something else may have affected his DO level, he may have mistaken his DO level or the DO level messaging is bugged.

151 here and never had this issue. I also get the 'as low as it can be' message and I use trans spells and pets often.
