It appears that the Redeemed cannot be the target of Truffenyi's Commune, despite meeting all of the known requirements. Are Immortal-specific affiliation titles intentionally restricted, or is this an oversight/bug?

The titles are restricted until we can handle their auto-removal upon loss of Redemption, but the commune itself should work. Thanks for the reminder.
