This is a guess, but I have a feeling the answer will be along the lines of, Necromancers are not weapon secondary, but they are magic secondary.

I am still trying to figure this one out. I sort of understand the consent stuff behind handing out your name, but is this knowledge in-case-of-policy OOC knowledge, or does the character also mystically know what happened, despite everything in the spell description?
