Let the RW wear off you and wait like for awhile (half an hour should be enough I'd think) without using any other bonuses like it and I think the problem will correct itself. Worse case scenario ask a GM to take a look.
RW was capable of doing this already, I think, and the change to ranged weapons bonuses could have caused this until such time as you let the spell entirely expire off you and everything settle out (which, again, can take a little bit after the spell itself ends due to how things are tracked).

RW was capable of doing this already, I think, and the change to ranged weapons bonuses could have caused this until such time as you let the spell entirely expire off you and everything settle out (which, again, can take a little bit after the spell itself ends due to how things are tracked).
